In case you choose to cancel your booking, a cancellation fee of 2% of the sales value will be forfeited if the agreement has not yet been executed. Once the agreement is signed, 10% of the sales value will be deducted as the cancellation charge. The remaining amount will be refunded without any interest. Please note that GST is applicable on cancellations, and 5% of the GST paid on installments will not be refunded.

The project will be delivered very much before RERA Timeline.

An advance maintenance fee is collected for the first year at the time of account closure. From the second year onwards, maintenance charges are payable quarterly in advance. All payments must be made in favor of the designated property management company.
